Order Processing/Shipping Policy

How to Order:

Each listing has a drop-down of options that you will select from. We offer several sash options and we ask that you note your sash color in the note section located in your cart at checkout. If you are ordering one of our custom made Florecer sashes, we also ask that you note your desired flower colors. If a sash color and/or flower colors are not left in the note section, then we will fill the order as it is pictured on our model. There are also add-ons that you can choose additional hair accessories located in our menu, That may not be pictured on a model in the listing. Please contact us if you have any questions about ordering.


Processing tIme:

Processing times are generally estimated at @1-2 weeks from date of purchase, plus shipping. During the height of wedding season, you should not expect them to ship sooner than 2 weeks, unless you have reached out to us to arrange a sooner ship date. If you need something sooner, please reach out to us via the "Chat " icon, we usually are happy to accommodate, if we are able, but this request must be communicated with us. Our processing times are estimated, as each dress is prepared to order. We recommend ordering at least 6-8 weeks prior to your event, in case you need to exchange for size or color. 

**** Purchasing upgraded shipping DOES NOT expedite our processing time. The shipping that you are selecting is the time it takes to arrive, once your order has shipped, typically within 2 weeks of purchase date.***

Cancellations: 

We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase only. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accepted. 

Shipping: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking # to follow along. While we will ship your purchase, within our policy processing time, because we are not the carrier, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery. If there is a delay or lost package, the carrier would need to be contacted, as we do not refund orders for delays or lost packages. While this doesn't happen often, we feel we must make you aware of this.
