Order Processing & Shipping
Each Little Kitten dress and accessory is prepared with care for weddings, celebrations, and special childhood moments.
How to Order
Each dress listing includes a drop-down menu with available sash and style options. Please select your preferred option before checkout. If you are choosing a custom sash or floral accessory, please leave your requested sash color and/or flower colors in the notes at checkout.
If no sash color or flower colors are provided, your order will be made as closely as possible to the style shown in the listing photos.
Processing Time
Little Kitten Boutique items are made-to-order or prepared in small batches. Our current processing time is generally 1–2 weeks before shipping.
During the height of wedding season, please allow the full processing window. We strongly recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before your event whenever possible so there is time for shipping, fittings, and any needed adjustments.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before purchasing. We may be able to arrange an earlier ship date, but rush accommodations are not guaranteed.
Important Shipping Note
Purchasing upgraded shipping does not shorten our processing time. Upgraded shipping only changes the estimated transit time after your package has shipped.
Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not the shipping carrier and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package leaves our studio. Carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, or transit interruptions must be handled directly with the carrier.
We do not refund orders due to carrier delays once an item has shipped within our stated processing time.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase. After that window, cancellations may not be accepted because materials may already be ordered or work may have begun.
