Returns, Cancellations & Store Credit Policy
At Little Kitten by Autumn Moon, many of our garments are carefully prepared for weddings, portraits, celebrations, and other special occasions. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of the original purchase date.
Once this cancellation window has passed, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation, as our garments are prepared to order and production arrangements may already be underway.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to hello@littlekittenboutique.com within the stated timeframe. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Processing Times, Shipping & Event Dates
Our standard order processing time is 1–2 weeks, plus shipping. Please understand that our dresses are not necessarily ready to ship at the time of purchase. Many garments are prepared specifically for each order and require time for preparation and fulfillment.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. The shipping method selected at checkout applies only after your order has completed processing and has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Selecting an expedited shipping method does not expedite our standard processing time.
If you are purchasing for a wedding, birthday, portrait session, or other time-sensitive occasion, it is your responsibility to allow sufficient time for both processing and delivery. Customers who require an order by a specific date should contact us prior to purchasing to discuss their timeframe.
Event Date Disclaimer: We do not guarantee delivery by a particular event date unless such an arrangement has been expressly confirmed by us in writing. Orders are processed according to our stated 1–2 week processing timeframe, followed by the shipping service selected at checkout.
Refunds are not offered solely because an order does not arrive in time for an event when the order has been processed and shipped in accordance with our stated timeframes and policies. Choosing a shipping service does not guarantee an event-date arrival.
Carrier delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped within the approved return period. Return requests submitted outside of this timeframe are not eligible for return or store credit, except where otherwise required by law.
International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Little Kitten by Autumn Moon is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by your country's customs agency.
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund solely on that basis. If the package is successfully returned to us, store credit may be issued once the item has been received and inspected, subject to applicable law.
Any store credit issued will be reduced by the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred, where permitted by law.
Store Credit
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for ordinary returns or changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Our store credit does not expire and may be redeemed toward eligible future purchases at Autumn Moon, subject to the terms of the gift card.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, makeup, glitter, or excessive pet hair
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use for an event will not qualify for store credit under our standard return policy.
Special Occasion Garments
Due to the nature of wedding and special occasion apparel, garments returned with evidence of wear, event use, laundering, alterations, or damage will be denied under our standard return policy and returned to the customer.
Purchasing an item for a specific event does not alter our published processing times, cancellation window, or return eligibility requirements.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under our standard return policy:
- Flower sashes
- Hair accessories
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order accessories
- Sale and clearance merchandise
This final sale policy does not affect any rights customers may have regarding defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming merchandise under applicable law.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the return label will be deducted from any store credit issued, except where otherwise required by law.
How to Start a Return
Returns must be initiated through our self-service return portal:
Eligible items will appear within the return portal. Items that do not meet the requirements of this policy will not be available for return through our standard process.
Agreement to Terms & Conditions
By completing a purchase with Little Kitten by Autumn Moon, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to and agree to our published Terms & Conditions, including our processing times, shipping policies, cancellation window, return eligibility requirements, and store credit policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, processing estimates, shipping information, and store policies prior to completing their purchase.
Our policies apply to all purchases, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
